Germany has forgotten its history. It nearly destroyed the whole Europe, but has not paid anything for it and still got 60 percent withdrawal of its debts after the war. Nazi-Germany destroyed as well Greece as Northern Finland without paying any compensation.
Austerity should not mean that Germany will gain profits from the poorer countries of the European Union.
